Although Yeevalve does not currently maintain inventory warehouses in Indonesia, we stock large quantities of semi-finished valve bodies and components in China. In addition, Yeevalve collaborates with a wide network of authorized distributors across Indonesia. Customers may also choose to sign purchase contracts directly with these local agents to simplify import procedures and benefit from localized service.

Yeevalve has authorized distributors in Jakarta; however, they do not maintain physical stock. All safety valves are custom-built based on project requirements. Thanks to our extensive inventory of valve bodies and semi-finished parts at our China facility, we can deliver most orders within as little as one week. Each valve is shipped with full inspection reports, production photos, and pre-shipment confirmation. We also provide complete documentation packages and export support. Customers may place orders directly with our distributors in Indonesia for convenience.

Yeevalve’s authorized distributors in Indonesia can provide on-site installation, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting services. For large-scale projects such as chemical plants or oil & gas facilities, our technical engineers can travel from China to the customer site in Indonesia to perform professional commissioning and inspection. We ensure fast and accurate service support throughout the valve lifecycle.

While Yeevalve does not keep stock in Indonesia, we are able to fulfill urgent orders from our China factory within approximately one week. Our semi-finished inventory ensures quick production and dispatch. For projects requiring rapid replacement or start-up support, our engineering team can also provide remote or on-site service in Indonesia through our distributor network.

Yeevalve offers a warranty period of 12 months after the valve enters operation, or 18 months from the date of shipment—whichever comes first. During the warranty period, replacement parts are provided free of charge. We can dispatch professional engineers from China to perform maintenance, commissioning, or on-site troubleshooting, with the customer responsible for accommodation and travel expenses. Alternatively, our authorized partners in Indonesia can handle after-sales support locally, with Yeevalve providing remote video guidance for on-site operations.

Yeevalve holds CE and PED certifications and manufactures all safety valves in compliance with international standards such as API, ASME, and ISO. While SNI is a separate Indonesian national standard, many industrial projects in Indonesia accept international certifications. For projects that require formal SNI documentation, Yeevalve can coordinate with Indonesian partners to assist with the necessary local testing or equivalency declarations. Yeevalve offers safety valves capable of handling a wide range of pressure and size requirements. Our smallest safety valve, starting at DN15 (1/2″), can achieve set pressures up to 42 MPa for gas service and up to 80 MPa for liquid service. These correspond to ANSI Class 2500 and above. For low-pressure applications, we manufacture large-diameter safety valves up to DN700 (28″), with set pressures up to 0.8 MPa, ideal for atmospheric or low-pressure storage systems.
