While Yeevalve does not keep stock in Indonesia, we are able to fulfill urgent orders from our China factory within approximately one week. Our semi-finished inventory ensures quick production and dispatch. For projects requiring rapid replacement or start-up support, our engineering team can also provide remote or on-site service in Indonesia through our distributor network.

Yeevalve offers a warranty period of 12 months after the valve enters operation, or 18 months from the date of shipment—whichever comes first. During the warranty period, replacement parts are provided free of charge. We can dispatch professional engineers from China to perform maintenance, commissioning, or on-site troubleshooting, with the customer responsible for accommodation and travel expenses. Alternatively, our authorized partners in Indonesia can handle after-sales support locally, with Yeevalve providing remote video guidance for on-site operations.

Yeevalve holds CE and PED certifications and manufactures all safety valves in compliance with international standards such as API, ASME, and ISO. While SNI is a separate Indonesian national standard, many industrial projects in Indonesia accept international certifications. For projects that require formal SNI documentation, Yeevalve can coordinate with Indonesian partners to assist with the necessary local testing or equivalency declarations.
